Whether you’re celebrating a birthday with family, friends, for the simple pleasure of getting together with wine-tasting companions, amateurs and novices, this is an innovative and sure way to get away and revitalize yourself. You will lodge at this luxury log cottage for eight, in the heart of nature, in the Laurentians near Morin Heights on a picturesque lake-shore. Enjoy a gastronomical weekend and relish the pleasures of an unparalleled, invigorating and unusual experience.

Our sommelier proposes a two-night weekend for eight in this magnificent, charming and pastoral setting in the Laurentians, culminating in a wine-tasting and discovery soirée colored with privately imported wines. On Saturday evening, you will be invited to partake in rare wines from small producers from around the world. With the hands of a master, our passionate and engaging sommelier will guide your travels through Tuscany, France, the US., showcasing rare pearls carefully selected from a vast world of epicurean delights, in an evening with no limit and with no fear of driving home. 

We can take your preferences to heart and deftly tailor your wine tasting experience to suite your tastes and those of your guests. We offer two options:

1. Wine Tasting Discovery option

This option includes two nights for eight people, based on double occupancy (one queen size and three double beds)

  • Wines, glasses, cheeses, pâtés, breads.
  • Leaflet describing your wine-tasting weekend
  • A sommelier to guide you and help you discover wines
  • Immediate access to the lake

2. One-Day Course option

This option includes two nights for eight people, based on double occupancy (one queen size and three double beds)

  • A one-day wine-tasting, exploration and introduction to wine-making course, with the following program:
    • 10:30 to 12:30 – Wine-making theory, history, production, designations, laws, grape varieties, culminating in a technical wine-tasting, to prepare an afternoon filled with the promise of professional wine-tasting sessions.
    • 12:30 to 2 PM – Catered lunch
    • 2 PM to 6:30 PM – Wine tasting, comparison and exploration of wines, regions and grape varieties as follows:
      • Sparkling wines
      • White and rosé wines
      • Red wines
      • Dessert wines
    • 8 PM – Gastronomical catered dinner with matching wines
  • Leaflet describing your wine-tasting weekend
